About CCC

In 1951 Bill and Vonette Bright started Campus Crusade for Christ on the UCLA campus in California with the goal of winning the campus for Christ today, to reach the world for Christ tomorrow.

Their vision for using the strategic nature of students to help fulfil the Great Commission caught on and now Campus Crusade for Christ has spread to be one of the largest mission agencies in the world, with over 20,000 full-time workers in over 200 countries around the world, and diversified to many different ministries including ministries to athletes, young professionals, and the JESUS Film Project.

Campus Crusade for Christ’s mission is “to build spiritual movements so that everyone knows someone who is truly following Jesus.”
